• WHY A TWO WEEK MINIMUM BOOKING? In Our 6+ Years Of Operating RTR, We Know First Hand That The Longer Your Rental Period, The Better Chance You Have To Sell & Expose Your Items To New & Regular Customers Daily. One Week Is Simply Not Enough, Our Rack Holders Aways End Up Extending Anyway. Your Rack Is Secured For A Minimum Of Two Weeks Which Also Gives You Multiple Opportunities Refill Your Rack Throughout Your Rental & To Discount Your Rack If You Choose To Towards The End.

• Any Items That Are Genuine/Expensive Items Please Notify A Staff Member When Setting Up Your Rack (2 Items Per Rack Holder Can Be Locked Inside Cabinet)
• Cable Ties Are Available Upon Request - It Is Up To The Rack Holder To Notify Staff Of Handbags, Wallets & Smaller Items To Be Secured 
• Your Items Must Be Pre Tagged & Priced Via The Online System Before Coming In Store. Electronic Tracking System & APP Included.
• DROP OFF SERVICE: If You Require Assistance With The Tagging/Pricing/Printing/Laminating The Tags - We Offer This Service And Do This For You At An Additional $99.00 Per Single Rack Which Covers The First 120 Items - If You Require This Service Please Add This Service To Your Cart.  Your Clothes Must Be Folded In Disposable Bags And Brought To Our Store A Day Before Rental Commencement 
• We Provide Hangers (Incl. Kids Hangers)
• RACK DISCOUNT: If a rack holder would like to put a Discount during their rack rental please notify a staff member. They will activate it in the system & put the signage on your rack. DO NOT put it in Zellr on your own. 
• Any Printing Of Tags In Store Is An Additional $5.00 (Incl. Printing, Laminating And Safety Pins)
• RTR Suggests You Laminate Or Stick Your Tags On Hard Cardboard Like Material & Attach With Safety Pins. Paper Alone Rips And Makes It Difficult For US To Locate The Original Owner. 
• Your Stall Will Be Tidied Constantly By Staff
• Bookings Beginning From January 12th 2026 & Beyond - Sales Which Exceed Total Sales Of $550 Or More A 10% Commission Fee Applies
  
• PUBLIC HOLIDAYS/CLOSURE DAYS: If your rental falls over a public holiday or set closure days - extra day/days are added automatically over a year in advance. ZELLR automatically adjusts your booking to the exact amount of days you have booked for - you will never lose days.

You Will Receive A Confirmation Email With Your Start Date And End Date Depending On The Number Of Weeks You Have Selected, Along With Your Rack Number. Please Make Sure You Check Your Spam/Junk Folder As Sometimes Emails Can Appear In Those Folders.
