TERMS AND CONDITIONS - RENT THAT RACK  

ALL RACK HOLDERS & CUSTOMERS please read below RENT THAT RACK Terms and Conditions. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

At RENT THAT RACK we provide a positive and fair experience. T&C’s have been put in place so please read below.

  • ITEMS PURCHASED BY A CUSTOMER FROM RACKS AND CABINETS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND, SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY
  • We take NO RESPONSIBILITY if the item of clothing is FAULTY.

DROP OFF SERVICE

  • THE DROP OFF SERVICE IS A ONCE OFF FEE AND COVERS THE FIRST 33, 60 OR 110 ITEMS (BASED ON YOUR SELECTION) - AS THE RACK HOLDER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFILLING YOUR RACK THROUGHOUT RENTAL PERIOD
  • If you select our DROP OFF SERVICE, RTR will determine the prices of your items based on brand and condition. We also determine pricing based on our experience. If you wish specific items to be priced please notify the staff or leave a note in the bag. 
  • DROP OFF SERVICE: DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS DAY BEFORE RACK RENTAL STARTS IN DISPOSABLE BAGS - MON - SAT (9AM TO 1PM) SUN (11AM - 1PM)

  • FAILURE TO DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS ON TIME & CORRECT DAY WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 LATE FEE

  • DROP OFF SERVICE TOP UP FEES - Apply to all rack holders who want RTR to price & tag their refill items (This is not included in the initial Drop Off Service Fee) Please ask in-store for refill prices. Failure to pay 'Top Up Fees" Management Will Automatically Deduct These Fees From Your Sales'

RACK HOLDERS - RACK RENTAL AGREEMENT 

  • FAILURE to collect remaining items of clothing on LAST DAY OF RENTAL AGREEMENT, the rack holder will be charged an ADDITIONAL $50 PER DAY FEE. Rent That Rack Is NOT RESPONSIBLE For Providing Reminders To Rack Holders For Commencement and Ending Dates Of Rental. Please find all date information on your personalised ZELLR APP.
  • RENT THAT RACK are NOT responsible for packing up your items - you will need to come in store and do this yourself. If items are un-claimed they will be placed in storage for 7 DAYS (MAX 30 DAYS). If not collected, they will be donated to charity. 
  • RENTAL COLLECTION - If you nominate another person other than yourself to pack up your rack - please notify staff. RTR take NO RESPONSIBILITY for this. 
  • Rack Holders Must Fill Their Rack On START DATE Of Rental Or The Night Before An Hour Before Closing. Please Check Opening Hours On Our Website.
  • All Bookings to RENT THAT RACK Are STRICTLY PRE-PAID. Payment Can Be Made In Store or On Our Website. Please Choose Carefully! If Purchased In-Store (Prior To Coming In) Or Online, You Have Read Our Terms And Conditions And Agree To All. 
  • Garments that are brought to RENT THAT RACK for sale must be in clean and good condition. Any sale items that are considered to be dirty and in poor conditionManagement reserve the right to remove these items from our store and available for your collection. 
  • Once Payment Is Made On Rentals, You agree to our Terms and Conditions and are  NON-REFUNDABLE due to change of mind - However an exception to change the booking date can be made if given (7 Days Notice Prior).
  • One Rental Week Is 7 Days (We Do Not Open On Public Holidays, Christmas Day Or New Years Day* Subject To Change). If your rack falls on one of these days - a day is added to your booking automatically.  
  • Strictly NO FAULTY ITEMS to be brought for sale UNLESS it is clearly stated on the tag, outlined by the rack holder. We take NO RESPONSIBILITY if the item of clothing is FAULTY.
  • The proceeds of sales will be paid into the rack holders nominated bank account within 7 Business Days of the Last Day of the Rental Agreement ending. STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE GIVEN. Please ensure you have provided correct bank account information; there will be NO responsibility taken by RENT THAT RACK, should the rack holder provide inaccurate bank account details.
  • All Information will be kept confidential.
  • If in the case that the rack holder would like to REMOVE items from their rack or CANCEL their rack rental during the rental period, RENT THAT RACK will not refund for unused days.
  • Once A Rack Booking Has Been Made (In-Store or Online), No Refunds Will Be Given For Change Of Mind/Failure To Show Up Or Other Reasons. Racks Will Also Not Be Post-Poned Or Have A Change Of Start Date As All Racks Are Booked In Advance.
  • Hangers provided by RENT THAT RACK can only be used.
  • Throughout rental period, you may bring more clothing in only if you have sold garments and Garment Allocation is subject to clothing size (please be aware bulky jackets and coats etc. may take up extra room). No overflowing allowed for Fire/Health and Safety reasons – they cannot be placed on the floor!
  • Items brought to RENT THAT RACK belong to the rack holder and have not been stolen.

COMMISSION FEES - ADELAIDE CUSTOMERS ONLY

  1. Sales which exceed $1,000 will incur a 10% Commission Fee  (EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2024) - This Includes Total Sales Over An Extension Period If You Have Extended Your Rack - For Example If Your Sales Are $1,200 In This Period - $120 Will Be Deducted From Sales
  2. The Commission Rate Applies To Rack Bookings Also Made Through A "Flash Sale" Or "Special Period" -  Sales which exceed $1,000 will incur a 10% Commission Fee 

LOST PROPERTY 

  • LOST PROPERTY - In the event we locate any of your missing items (barcodes still in-tact), RTR will notify you by text message. Please be aware that some items may be found later than your rack rental end date - regardless RTR will notify you.
  • LOST PROPERTY - If you have been contacted to collect lost property, you have a maximum of 7 DAYS to collect them, otherwise they will be donated. 
  • We do not have store room capacity to hold Lost Property Items for a long period of time.
  • LOST PROPERTY which has missing tags will be stored in our store room for a MAXIMUM of 4 weeks. It is the responsibility of the rack holder to notify us if you have any lost property and we will do our best to locate it.
  • RENT THAT RACK take all necessary provisions to avoid THEFT (16 Security Cameras, Bag Checks, Controlled Change Rooms)However, RENT THAT RACK TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY ON MISSING OR STOLEN ITEMS.
  • LOST PROPERTY - NO COMPENSATION. In the event that Rent That Rack has done everything in their power to locate missing item/s & check lost property, RTR under no circumstances will not compensate for missing/stolen items.

BOOKINGS MADE THROUGHOUT 'FLASH SALE' PERIOD

  • Any bookings made during our "Flash Sale" period or other "Special Offers" outside of our normal rack rental pricing - The rack holder will secure their option at the initial time of booking.
  • There is no exception to change the booking once the "Flash Sale Offer" has been applied
  • Additional week/weeks will be at the normal rate
  • The rack holder can extend with the "Flash Sale Offer" after their current rack rental has ended.

INTERSTATE SERVICE:

  • Once Payment Is Made On INTERSTATE BOOKINGS, You agree to our Terms and Conditions and are  NON-REFUNDABLE due to change of mind 
  • The Cost Of Postage/Packaging & Signature On Delivery Is The Responsibility Of The Rack Holder
  • Once Box/Boxes Are Received You Will Receive An Email With All Details Regarding Your Booking & The Link/Log In To Track Sales Online
  • Rent That Rack TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY If The Box Goes Missing, Delivered To The Wrong Address By The Postman/Courier Service - Posting The Box To Us Is At Your Own Risk
  • You Keep 100% Of Profits - Interstate Only
  • A Two Week Minimum Booking Must Be Made
  • It Is Up To The Rack Holder To Take Photos Of Specific Items Prior To Positing - Including Any Expensive Items
  • All T&Cs Regarding Lost Property Apply To Interstate Bookings - Please See Above
  • The proceeds of sales will be paid into the rack holders nominated bank account within 7 Business Days of the Last Day of the Rental Agreement ending. STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE GIVEN. Please ensure you have provided correct bank account information; there will be NO responsibility taken by RENT THAT RACK, should the rack holder provide inaccurate bank account details.

LUXURY ON CONSIGNMENT

  • Items Brought Into Rent That Rack Are Authentic & Have A Form Of Proof Of Purchase
  • Due To The Nature Of Social Media - Items Will Not Be Posted On Social Media - However Will Be On Display In Our Store Which Is Open 7 Days A Week
  • Consignment Items Are Not Part Of Any Rack Rental & Sales Are Recorded Separately
  • The proceeds of sales will be paid into the rack holders nominated bank account within 14 Business Days at the end of the 8 week period ending. STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE GIVEN. Please ensure you have provided correct bank account information; there will be NO responsibility taken by RENT THAT RACK, should the rack holder provide inaccurate bank account details.
  • In The Case Of Theft, Robbery, Fire, & Water Damage + Other Factors Out Of Our Control - Rent That Rack Take NO RESPONSIBILITY For This
  • All Information will be kept confidential.
  • Rent That Rack Will Be In Contact With You Regarding Collection
  • If Room Is Available We May Extend Your Consignment Time
  • PROOF OF ID Is Required When Bringing Items In

OTHER T&C'S

  • We take NO RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF A FIRE, WATER DAMAGE, ROBBERY OR OTHER FACTORS out of our control.

RENT THAT RACK reserves the right to CHANGE these TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME

Failure to read the Terms and Conditions Form is not within the responsibility of RENT THAT RACK. We ASSUME you have read ALL Terms and Conditions.
