If the item is faulty, of course we will replace it for you! The item will need to be sent back for us for assessment before a refund is confirmed. 

If you have changed your mind - that's ok! We will offer you a store credit to be used within 3 months.

Please note we do not offer change of mind returns, exchanges or amendments to any order purchased on sale or with a credit.

To avoid disappointment, we aren't able to offer exchanges for items purchased online. This is because we can't hold stock, and your desired item may not be available once your returned item reaches us. For this reason we will issue you with a store credit

You will need to return the item to us within 3 days of receiving your authorisation number. That means the item needs to be lodged at your post office within 3 days of the date you received it. It needs to be in original condition with all original packaging in tact, please note this is super important and we will use our discretion if this condition is not met.

Once your return has been lodged please email through your tracking details.

Once we receive your parcel, the item(s) will be inspected and once approved a store credit issued. Please note that Store credits must be used all in one transaction, Store credit cannot be used for shipping charges, and we cannot refund any balance amount. Store credits may take up to one week to process and issue after we receive your return parcel.

For a change of mind return all subsequent shipping charges will be at your expense and you will not be eligible for any further free shipping in relation to the returned order. You will be required to pay for additional shipping on top of the flat rate charge of $8.95. You will be charged the actual shipping rate. We are unable to absorb any shipping charges on change of mind returns. You will be invoiced for the difference after checkout at the time your order is packed.

 We do not offer returns on any pre order items.

Any stock returned to us must be sent with registered and tracked regular parcel post. We do not take any responsibility for items not received. 

In the case that you have been shipped an incorrect item by mistake, you will be required to ship this item back to us so that we can rectify the issue for you. We will are unable to ship the replacement until we have received back the stock, we thank you for understanding why we cannot do this.

In this instance you will be refunded the return shipping cost (please use regular tracked shipping only unless we have made alternate arrangements) we cannot reimburse for any costs above this.
