RTR'S LAST DAY OF TRADING WILL BE ON SUNDAY 22ND DECEMBER 2024 & RE-OPEN MONDAY 13TH JANUARY 2025. IF YOUR BOOKING FALLS WITHIN THIS PERIOD EXTRA DAYS WILL BE ADDED AUTOMATICALLY 

  • Throughout Rental Period, You Can Top Up Your Rack To Replace Items Sold 

  • Your Items Must Be Pre Tagged & Priced Via The Online System Before Coming In Store. Electronic Tracking System & APP Included.

  • We Recommend You Book At Least 2 Weeks Due To Repeat & New Customers Daily, As Well As A Better Chance For You To Refill. We Have Seen Better Success With Racks Who Book 2 Weeks Or More. 
  • Any Items That Are Genuine/Expensive Items Please Notify A Staff Member When Setting Up Your Rack (2 Items Per Rack Holder Can Be Locked Inside Cabinet) 
  • Cable Ties Are Available Upon Request - It Is Up To The Rack Holder To Notify Staff Of Handbags, Wallets & Smaller Items To Be Secured 
  • If You Require Assistance With The Tagging/Pricing/Printing/Laminating The Tags - We Offer This Service And Do This For You At An Additional $95.00 Per Family Rack Which Covers The First 110 Items - If You Require This Service Please Add This Service To Your Cart.  Your Clothes Must Be Folded In Disposable Bags And Brought To Our Store A Day Before Rental Commencement 
  • We Provide Hangers (Incl. Kids Hangers)
  • Any Printing Of Tags In Store Is An Additional $5.00 (Incl. Printing, Laminating And Safety Pins)
  • RTR Suggests You Laminate Or Stick Your Tags On Harder Cardboard & Attach With Safety Pins. Paper Alone Rips And Makes It Difficult For US To Locate The Original Owner. 
  • Your Stall Will Be Tidied Constantly By Staff
  • You Keep 100% Of The Profits - Sales Which Exceed $1,000 A 10% Commission Fee Applies (EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2024)

    RENT THAT RACK ADVICE - Our Rack Holders Do Very Well And Over 70% Of Them Extend And/Or Return To Rent A Rack. 

    You Will Receive A Confirmation Email With Your Start Date And End Date Depending On The Number Of Weeks You Have Selected, Along With Your Rack Number. Please Make Sure You Check Your Spam/Junk Folder As Sometimes Emails Can Appear In Those Folders.
